Exellent App! But I need tech help.

I had been searching for a disk with halloween tracks to add some ambiance to my halloween display and this app delivered. It had more than that to offer, i have terrified my mom and made my little evil heart patter with sheer delight. However I need help. I upgraded but I had to format my iPod and I lost the upgrade I purchased. Help me please.
